The Ikoflex Favorit IIC was the last and „best“ of Zeiss Ikon’s line of TLR cameras. It was made from 1957 to 1960 in Germany. The Zeiss catalogue number is 887/16.
It has a Tessar 75mm f3.5 lens in a Synchro-Compur leaf shutter with speeds from 1/500s to 1s. The finder lens is a Teronar 75mm f3.5. On the front of the camera, where the Ikoflex nameplate had been on earlier models, there is a built-in noncoupled LVS meter’s instrument, its projected on to the viewfinder screen.
Speed and aperture settings are cross-coupled, and an EV-scale helps to make appropriate settings according to the EV shown by the light meter.
The camera has a mechanically quite sophisticated system that detects whether a film has been loaded or not. The shutter can only be cracked with the film loaded.
Compared to the more baroque design of a Rolleiflex 3.5, the Ikoflex seems quite brutalistic.
Which I like very much :)

We grant a three months warranty on this camera.
